Henri is happy to accept returns within 14 days of your order’s delivery date, as long as the items are in their original state—no signs of wear, washing, or alterations, and with all tags intact.

Please note that all returns are subject to approval and may be accepted at the sole discretion of Henri. Items that are worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise affected may be returned to the customer. If necessary, a cleaning or repair fee may be deducted from your refund.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
